Gill is a Climate Commissioner, a Fellow of the Chartered Institution of Waste Managers, A Fellow Chartered Management, a Chartered Environmentalist, a Mental Health well-being lead and a Transition Manager at ISS Facilities Management UK&I. As a person who is dyslexic, Gill is passionate about the diversity and inclusion of the waste and resource sector. She was the past chair for CIWMs EDI working group and is qualified as a Lead EDI Standard. Gill is also an Inclusion Advisor for the Memorial Arboretum and founder of Elevating Voices which is set up to bring the waste, resources and environmental sectors together to drive more diversity and Inclusion to ensure everyone's voice is elevated and heard.
