MRW Champions Summit
This event has now taken place, thank you to all of our speakers, sponsors and attendees. To join us in 2024, register your interest today.
The MRW Champions Summit is a one-day online event that delves into the detail behind best practice in the sector, reflecting the achievements of the past and opportunities for the future.
People | Skills | Safety | Social responsibility
As a sister event to the MRW’s National Recycling Awards 2023 , we will be giving a platform to past winners to deliver case study-led presentations based on their winning projects, and host important group conversations live on the virtual stage. We will also be inviting experts and practitioners from outside the industry to broaden perspectives.
And if all that inspiration isn't enough, MRW's National Recycling Awards 2023 shortlist announcement will also take place during the Summit. Broadcast live, online, for the first time.
By uniting the industry in this way, we are facing the difficult questions head-on: how can we be more effective employers and further develop equitable practices in the waste management sector?
As the sector changes to meet the challenges of net-zero targets, new legislation under the Environment Act and the need for around 70,000 new ‘green jobs’, the event is a unique opportunity for anyone in the sector to learn from the best.
